NERC statement on impending arctic cold across the United States

ReliabilityFirst is urging registered entities and industry stakeholders to pay close attention to the recent statement released by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) on the arctic cold weather system expected to impact much of North America this week. This extreme weather pattern of arctic cold and heavy rain has the potential to create significant challenges, especially in major metropolitan areas.
