ReliabilityFirst’s Engineering & System Performance (ESP) department independently analyzes, assesses and reports on the reliability and adequacy of the Bulk Electric System within our footprint. This includes:

• Performing seasonal, near-term and long-term resource and transmission assessments,
• Performing special investigations as warranted, and
• Collecting and disseminating data, lessons learned, and other information.
