​ReliabilityFirst's Compliance Monitoring (COMO) department is responsible for compliance monitoring activities that are critical for ensuring reliability, as they ensure that entities have effective controls in place to protect the electric grid and are following the requirements of the Reliability Standards.​​​ Our compliance monitoring activities include:   

• performing guided self-certifications;
• audits, and spot checks;
• resolving complaints;
• and conducting reliability and compliance assessments of system events.
