ReliabilityFirst is one of the six regional entities responsible for ensuring the reliability of the North American bulk power system. We cover 13 states and the District of Columbia, stretching from the Atlantic Seaboard to Lake Michigan. We work with over 200 registered entities, including transmission owners and operators, generation owners and operators, load-serving entities, and balancing authorities.
