Team members of the Entity Engagement Department are able to facilitate registered entities’ meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance mandates. In some cases, various stakeholders from several companies may need to collaborate and the Entity Engagement group may serve as a neutral intermediary while facilitating with knowledge, skill, and experience.

The Entity Engagement team has been trained, with some members being certified, in formal facilitation methods. Any subject matter is a candidate for facilitation, not just issues or questions related to compliance with the NERC Reliability Standards.
